Loving Others

Preschool: Infants-5 years
As your child steps into our children’s building, their adventure begins in Sunday School on Sunday mornings at 10:00am. They will be engaged in age appropriate lessons that spur on their ideas of who Jesus is, what the Bible is, and how to be kind to others. At this time they are ministered to by people of our church who truly have a heart for their age level.

Preschool and Children’s Mini Musical Practice: Sunday Evenings September 11th- November 12th 5-6pm, ages 3- 5th grade will participate in a musical “God of this City” and enjoy not only learning a spectaclar musical but also realizing the practicality of reaching out to others. We will be doing activities like a lemonade stand, serving at a homeless shelter, and singing our musical at Beautiful Feet (a local homeless shelter). This is an exciting ministry for your child to participate in.

Serving Both

Extended Session and Children’s Church is a special time for your child as you enjoy the worship experience.

In Extended session your infant through three year old will be welcomed by members of our church and are given creative lessons that will spur on their desire to know the Lord as they grow. Children’s Church is a time for your four year old- 2nd grader to enjoy an active age appropriate worship session. Your child will attend service with you until this time is announced and then leaves with our children’s minister. This is available for both services.

Family Movie Nights are planned for the 2011- 2012 year– you don’t want to miss it. In our Children’s Big Room come enjoy a family friendly movie and popcorn with your family,  November 18th 5:30- 7:30pm, December 16th 5:30- 7:30pm, May 18th 5:30-7:30pm

Mom and Me Music for Infant – 2 years old: Monday mornings 10am- 10:30 come enjoy music class with your child! Email Donna at dhopson@fbcbenbrook.org for more information.
